Nikhil Kalra - FCS

CS Nikhil Kalra is a Fellow Member of the ICSI and a Commerce & Law Graduate with rich experience in corporate compliance and capital markets. Before joining Lal Ghai & Associates, he served as Company Secretary-cum-Compliance Officer at Sportking India Limited, where he led the company’s BSE listing and managed the merger and amalgamation of multiple group companies.
At the firm, he handles end-to-end corporate compliances for overseas clients, manages SEBI and listed company obligations, and actively liaises with banks and financial institutions for credit and banking facilities. Bismanjeet Singh - ACS
