Lal Ghai & Associates (LGA) is a Company Secretary and corporate advisory firm founded in 2014 and recognised under the ICSI Peer Review process — a quality-assurance recognition awarded by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India to firms whose practice standards have been independently reviewed and found compliant with ICSI’s professional benchmarks. Founded on the principles of integrity, accuracy, and client-first service, we have spent more than a decade helping businesses — from first-time entrepreneurs to established corporations — navigate India’s complex legal and regulatory landscape with confidence.
